They arrived when they said they would, giving us notice that they were going to be heading our way a little before the appointment. The crew was professional, informed, and polite. They answered all of my questions and took care of my concerns with our existing mechanical room setup. They even helped me identify a potential problem with our sump system that I was able to get fixed before it became a problem.

Pure State was nothing short of excellent and professional through and through. Kept apprised of the situation. Showed up when they said they would and always called ahead which was extremely nice. Did excellent work and cleaned up. Advised what they were going to do. Did it. Explained to me how it worked. Tested afterwards, picked up equipment when they said they would and called first. Pleasant all the way around. I would not hesitate to utilize their services at all. Way to go Pure State!

I just recently applied for a Radon technician position with Mr. Moffitt. Due to some drastic personal changes I had to refuse my offer of employment, but I had to come here and say this: If he treats his customers half as well as he treats his employees, you can't go wrong!!! I was looking to purchase a house that had tested to have radon levels that needed mitigation. I contacted Pure State Radon and Environmental to get an estimate on a mitigation system.
Taylor was able to come out to the house and provide an estimate. Originally, he had showed me where the system would come out the back of the house. However, when he was working up the estimate, he noticed that the system could come through the garage instead. This was a purely cosmetic difference from a system perspective and was a minimal cost difference.

Taylor was the best radon company to work with. I called several companies and read what the Kansas Department of Health stated a radon company should do. Pure State and Taylor are the only company who came to my home to see the area to work on. Taylor and Tyson explained everything so that I understood and answered all my questions.
