The older I get the more difficult it is to find excellent and fairly priced professional service - but Burnies is the real deal. I worked with Eric, and he was responsive, punctual and spot on. We met at the trailer and discussed various options for updating the rig and making it road worthy - including welding a support beam to reinforce a rusted section of the trailer. He told me the price of each part and what the labor cost would be depending on the final scope of service. The cost of the labor was reasonable and fair. Best part is Eric's can-do, no-bs, attitude. I cannot recommend him highly

Our boat trailer tongue and load bar snapped late at night, and Burnies was the ONLY place to not only get back to us with an estimate, they were there within hours to fix it. These guys rock! Emailed over the weekend...responded immediately...texted over some photos. Came by and looked at trailer...ordered parts and 2 days later work completed! Not only was the work down professionally and quickly...they did a threw a few extra things to prolong the life if my ya riled even more. Super fair up front pricing, fast and courteous service...and lastly they come to you!
