Services
In 1932 Ralph and Marie Damiano opened their home to the community of Long Branch. The Dutch Colonial style home was built in the 1890's and purchased by the family in 1931. It was their hope that they could give the people of the area one of the most modern and complete homes of its kind, and they did.
All of our licensed directors adhere to the highest standard of ethical practices and are committed to ensuring that all of your needs are attended to. Their commitment to the community and genuine compassion toward families are but a few of the characteristics that make them outstanding in their field.

When we lost our beloved Michael, there was NEVER a question as to who we would choose to take care of him. Buddy and Diane were not only professional, but caring, compassionate and always available to us. Laying our Michael to rest was the most difficult thing we ever had to do and Buddy and Diane made it so much easier. Buddy sat down with us, planned everything and when he saw things were too much he told us, "Ill take care of it" and he did. We discussed our wishes, Michael's wishes, and he took care of it all!!! What a HUGE burden he took from us. Most of all, Thank you for treating our Michael

Upon entering the building my party who is the deceased child was holding a poster of her recently deceased father. She received NO acknowledgment, NO condolences, NO recognition that she was family. I found this already devastating experience even more heartbreaking the way she was treated. I am frankly appalled by the uncaring, unsympathetic, and unkind actions of Damiano Funeral Homes behavior.

We had to plan two funerals in three months for my parents. Buddy, Diane and everyone at Damiono’s were so helpful to us. They treated us like family and we feel like family. Everything was easy which allowed us to focus on grieving.

My mom transitioned about 6 year’s ago and to this day, I can still feel the warmth and professionalism of Damiano Funeral Home. She passed at 8:00 AM in Cherry Hill, NJ and by 11AM they were there for her transfer back to LB. Before they even went near my mom, a heartfelt condolence was offered to the family. I watched as the carefully and respectfully wheeled Mom away covered in her blanket of comfort from home. I’ll never forget how when I went to view Mom, that blanket was so meticulously folded near Mom bringing the family a feeling of comfort. At the time of Mom’s passing , she was
