Services
Nature Dipping Powder is a nail dipping system that uses a brush-on gel base on the nail, which is then dipped in a powder. The powder comes in nature pink and white for a French manicure looks, as well as range of colors. The powder, which also lends strengrh to the nails, consists of organically-processed chemicals Benzoyl Peroxide, Titanium Dioxide, Acrylic Ester Polymer.

I had the absolute best experience at Ispa for my lash extensions. I was nervous because I couldn't find any reviews for the extensions on the website. The lady that did mine - I don't have her name, but she's the only one there licensed - was so particular and meticulous in her application process. They look amazing! She took extra care in application because she knew I was going to be going to the beach and she was afraid the salt water would affect the glue, so she added extra glue. Then she even told me to come back the day before I leave on vacation so she can replace any that had fallen out

I wouldn’t recommend this salon for ombré nails based off of how mine came out. I’m highly disappointed in the ombré color my nails came out to. There is one that came out where I am okay with it and the rest are just disappointing. I don’t even know what to say or how to describe them. I have neon pink acrylic on my finger she just left there. This isn’t including one of my nails not being shaped evenly or the fact she didn’t ask if I wanted a shorter length. Making an appointment elsewhere to have them redone.

BEWARE! Dirty atmosphere, unprofessional staff, and terrible management. I called shortly after 9:00 am to make an appointment for 4:00 pm. SEVEN hours in advance. I was informed over the phone that there would only be one technician capable of doing acrylics, and that is why my appointment had to be scheduled so late in the day. When I arrived, I was not greeted by any staff or acknowledged in any way. The business was packed full of people. When I signed in, I noticed that many other customers had appointments at 4:00. What a great experience.. I was in town to visit with my mother in law that has Alzheimer's and she was in need of a pedi and mani. Wasn't sure if she would feel comfortable or not due to her advanced state of the disease. There was not a moment that she felt like she wanted to leave because they made her feel like a queen, she almost feel asleep when getting her pedi. The place was clean and staff was very friendly.

Awful and RUDE! I would leave 0 stars if I could! First off we weren't greeted, but to make a long awful visit short the pregnant lady who appeared tired and not wanting to be there barely said 2 words during my pedicure and gel nails. Before she even started on my toes she started talking on her cell phone (the most I heard her talk the entire time). Then after she was done she just walked off; never said bye or thank you or anything but was quick to hop up so she could take my money. All they want is money and that's it! Furthermore the other lady doing my friends pedicure was on her

I made another visit to Image Nails and LOVED it!! I got my fake nails removed and got a regular manicure. If you get a manicure along with getting your fake nails off, they only charge 5 dollars Instead of 10 to remove them. Nice! The people who work there are very nice and curtious Can't wait to go back!!

I went in to have a manicure. I was not greeted by anyone so I signed in and took a seat in the waiting area. I was third in line when I arrived. After about 30 minutes of waiting, I was told that I was next and they'd start in a few minutes. After waiting another 15 minutes, three women walked in and were immediately seated to start their manicures. I approached a staff member to inquire why they were seated ahead of me and he stated the women had made an appointment. I stated "I have called here before to make appointments and been told over the phone that you do not take appointments

We walked in wanting two pedicures and 1 full set. They said the wait was 15-20 minutes and it took almost 45 minutes to sit down for our pedicures. One lady who was doing nails basically yelled at me to set my nail polish in the cup holder so my rocking of the chair wouldn't have the polish slide off but I'm not even doing the back massage. They started my toes before my friends (who is getting the manicure). The guy doing my toes is very rude and doesn't listen along with a half quality job. My friend is not even going to do her nails now because of how the service sucks. I do

This salon has been my go to spot for a few months now. But, the last time I went I was disappointed. I had a male technician that I had never had before. I started with a basic pedicure. He barely massaged my feet. Didn't clean under my nails. Basically painted my toes and said I was done. I thought ok, he's going to finish (put the top coat on after my manicure). I got acrylic dip nails which I have to say are perfect. I love them. He finished with my nails and I said are you going to put the top coat on my feet? He said I did. I will never return! I brought my daughter in for an acrylic fill. She has waited 50 minutes to get anyone talk to her (even after I spoke with an employee about the wait.). They have now taken 7 other people back ahead of her even tough her name was on the sign in sheet first.
While we were in the store another customer showed up to voice her concern of her gel polish changing colors ( was navy and turned into a bright blue) after 4 days of wear. They were dismissive and rude to her. In all my years I've never had gel polish change colors after wear and its has happened to her both

I was in town for St Patrick's Day weekend and came in for a basic manicure and it was amazing. I thought the hot mits were an great touch.
Today I am again in town and decided to visit and get a dip manicure. The completed manicure doesn't look as great as when I get one from my normal salon at home, but I realize my person may have much more experience than the person doing mine today.
He didn't do my cuticles, no hot mits, and at the end of the manicure I had to ask him if I could have some lotion to put on my hands. He then squirted some lotion on my hand for me to rub in

This was a perfectly fine nail spot. I had broken off a nail and was in town for the weekend, so I found myself here hoping for the best. I got a pedicure and a gel fill. Both were done fine. Not the best job ever, but certainly not the worst either. The tech I had was nice. Lots of techs' kids wandering about, which was distracting for everyone. Good color selection. Nice massage chairs. Ok prices. Easy to make an appt. They have little kid pedicure chairs, which are super cute. Clean enough overall.

If I could give these people negative stars I would. My nails were awful after coming from this place. They were thick, uneven and the looked like crap. I came back to get them to fix them, they were rude and the lady that did them rolled her eyes at me. I told them 3 times I wanted a refund, they would not give me one. I left and went to Allure. Please go there the customer service is so much better.
