I purchased a bracelet for my mom which at the time they were running a promotion. Receive a free bracelet. Within 2 days the ball came off the bracelet. I returned to ask if they carry a replacement ball. The manager stated they didnt carry any and they didn't give them away for free since they were included in the promotion. I had to let her know I wasn't looking to receive anything for free. I was willing to purchase one. But they recommended me to go to mishawaka and purchase another bracelet. I was very disappointed because I had sent my boyfriend in there to purchase charms for me for Christmas

What a unique and adorable boutique! I visited the store today and was treated so kindly! They offered me water and spent time helping me find what I needed and more. The customer service was excellent. The store is meticulously kept. Gorgeous and unique accessories in every price range. I highly recommend this shop!

I called in and spoke to Karen about getting my wife a Pandora charm and her professionalism was what drove me to follow through with going into the store. When I got in the store my son and I were treated very nicely by all of the employees there. This is a top notch merchant and I recommend them on there costumer service alone.

Beautiful clothes and jewelry, pricey but worth the money. However, not worth buying anything when you and your husband are followed around the store like you're delinquent thieves. We had no shopping bags with us and I didn't even bring my purse. We did have our bank cards, full of honest money, ready to do some spending. Their loss for treating us that way.
