Founded in 2019, Sherrie Medeiros launched her company from a passion for design and desire to help others-particularly during a time that can be stressful for people. She loves to see the transformations that can be created during a project, and especially the results that she and her team are able to create: together they were instrumental in the success of over $10 million in real estate sales, just in the first year.

When the owner has moved all of their things out of the home, it's considered a vacant home staging, and we bring in all the furniture and decor items - from rugs to lamps and everything in between - for the rooms that make the biggest impact on buyer's decisions. For staging an occupied home we typically help owners decide what to remove, what to keep, and in some cases we bring in items to accent the decor.

Sherrie and her team have staged several of my listings in a variety of price ranges. She has done beautiful work in providing and placing furnishings and decor items that complement the style of the home - this really helps buyers see how they could live in the home. Sherrie helped me remotely stage my rental property that is up for sale, using FaceTime (I’m in CA and Sherrie is in NC). I initially sent her photos of the house staged with a bare minimum of furniture, which she studied. I am amazed by how Sherrie helped me dress up the place to look like a model home - and I was able to use my own stuff (I maybe spent $18 on small houseplants)! Our realtor set up a consultation with Sherrie to help prepare and stage our house for sale. Sherrie's advice was spot on and after some hesitation we decided to have her stage our house as well. It was the best decision we made in the sale process. When she finished with our house we almost didn't recognize it.
