Had an issue with no heat just before a holiday weekend. MMS happened to have a technician nearby who came by very quickly. Diagnosed the failed part and provided a work around to restore heat until the part could arrive and be installed. They were here to install the part immediately after the weekend. Greatly appreciated and I cannot imagine better service being available. I will definitely call MMS for future needs.
