I grew 15 minutes from Owings Mills in Eldersburg but I currently live in York County where we're raising our 3 amazing children, Parker, Barrett and Kessler. We love spending time with our families and weekend getaways are common for us. Being a part of a great community is really important to us and we love contributing to any community events going on within and surrounding Baltimore and York Counties.

Well for starters you take customer service to a whole new level and your personality sealed the deal. Usually talking to insurance companies is hectic and something most try to avoid; but you started off with conversation related to me and my lifestyle to help save me the most money. That was a great experience and training call for your new employee and I look forward to talking to you more and hope you have a great Xmas with your little ones.

I have had State Farm Insurance my entire life with same agent for 30 plus years. After moving, I wanted State Farm but a local agent. After talking to Mr Somers, I realized I had been missing out on other policies and benefits and Randy took the time to not only review what I currently had, but suggested even better products for my families needs. I never talked to my former agent expect when I needed them. Randy has frequent contact when new products are available. Top Notch Customer Service - what every agent should aspire to be. Although I had a different agent Tianna took the time to help me with my needs right there and then. I didn’t had to drive all the way back to my agent. She explained all that I needed to know and more. Her personality was everything she has a wonderful customer service skill. I appreciate all that she did to help me.
