Doris Caston got her start as an Escrow Officer in 1996 at a small title company and immediately loved the title insurance business and found the title insurance business loved her as well. With the support of very loyal clients and an underwriter acknowledgement for growth, she launched Red River Title in 2004.
Red River Title is an independently owned title insurance company, however we enjoy the backing of the highest rated underwriter support possible. As oppose to a large corporation or a direct underwriter operation, we have the luxury of options in seeking guidance and assistance of four different underwriters.

Yikes! Vanya made this a nightmare. I gave it two stars because the other people here were super nice.
My realtor recommended Vanya and when I called her to talk about getting ANY sort of first time buyer incentives, she said there weren't any available for me. She acted like she couldn't be bothered whenever I called. When everyone else in the process said yes, she said no. I have amazing credit, but I was so unsure as to if the closing date would even happen (because Vanya kept saying that it wouldn't), I was only able to give my property management company a few weeks notice, costing me a lot
