I have been with Southeast for at least six years. My insurance agent Shawn Sheibani of 1 Source Insurance Agency, connected me with Melissa Crapps for my hard to place Workers Comp and my Payroll. I have have the most professional and courteous experience i could ask for. I'm not one to leave reviews but, I feel this one is needed so boss person could know. Whoever answers the phone there she is an extremely rude lady! Raises her voices to where I had to move the phone from my ear due to her tone and Insulted with a fake loving word as she's raising her tone with you. Like really? It's not okay to talk to people like that. Was my first time calling only on the call for 1 min and 11 seconds total!

We went with Southeast Personnel because our work comp company dumped us because we had 2 claims in a year. We were with Southeast for 3 years with no claims. The real trouble came when we were finally able to get our own work comp policy. We gave Southeast the required 30 days notice. The first payroll after, our direct deposits were canceled for all of our employees. Luckily my office manager noticed and changed them all to paper checks. If not, our employees would have gone all weekend without their checks! On Friday we went to all the jobs to hand them out. On the forth and last payroll with

We just started doing business with South East Personnel and look forward to continuing our relationship. Mike Randazzo and the rest of the team have been beyond helpful. We were in need of a payroll company and had to get WC. We contract different work through multiple vendors and are required to show documentation. I was very hesitant on having an outside payroll service at first, but I am so thankful we took the chance. Our company has been working with them for 2 years now and their service has exceeded my expectations!! Every department I have worked with has been amazing. Our employees love their payroll features. We had our 1st real work comp injury and they are handling the claim and working with our employee like they were their own. Everyone is very pleased with their exceptional service in every department!
