I contacted this company via their website and received a quick response that I would have a call back the next day. I was surprised by the quick answer and took it as a sign that this would be a responsive company to work with. Sadly, I did not receive a call the next day nor ever. After a month went by, I decided to try them again. Luis apologized for not calling me and I decided to let him come out to give me a quote for my project. We spoke via email about a pool I wanted a quote for that was almost identical to one he had done previously so I felt it should be no problem to quote that. When

I called this business last week and left a voicemail and I got text back from Luis asking for basic information. He sent email asking if I could meet 9/28 at noon. I was pleasantly surprised it was only a week away. I confirmed that it would work. He wanted me to have survey info for the meeting, which I had as well. I texted him later that evening or the next day to confirm 9/28 and never got a text back. That should have been my sign. He never showed up today, no call, text, or email to tell me he wasn’t coming. In this day and age with so many ways to communicate there really is no excuse

We had a great experience with Sunmar! They designed a beautiful pool, fire pit area and landscaping for our backyard. Our once unused space was completely transformed into a beautiful oasis that surpassed all my expectations. The team worked hard and showed up when we were told they would. Luis took time to explain everything to us and we felt confident working with him on this project. High recommend anyone looking for a great pool experience to choose this great company!

Couldn’t be happier with Sunmar construction. They are full service, design, permits, HOA liaison, construction etc. Sunmar installed our custom pool, large travertine patio, retaining wall, landscape lighting and sod. Communication was excellent and their work crews did quality work. Their design and concept for our yard is beautiful. The project was an investment for us and we now have an outdoor entertaining space we are proud of. We would use them again for future projects.

My family reached out to Luis and Sunmar after being impressed with their construction of a neighbor's pool. He was very responsive, gave us a rapid turn around on the design, and worked with us over many unforeseen issues. We had significant ground water problems that continued to plague the project, but he and his team worked to ensure that we had a safe and secure pool installed. This did add some cost from the original estimate, but this was understandable. They also worked out resolutions for rain water drainage onto our property, which also presented difficulties.
The project was finished
