Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
They installed a fence for me a few years ago and did a great job. This spring they gave me a quote to fix a hole that my neighbor put in. For months, I've been calling and emailing them to schedule time for the work. Have probably left dozens of emails and voicemails without a response. Unbelievably horrible customer service.

I have given 125 Fence plenty of opportunities to return my messages and setup a time to repair my fence, but since they do not respond to their past customers, I am leaving this review to warn any others.
If you are a new customer to 125 Fence they will be very responsive and attentive to get your business. Once they have installed your fence do not expect them to give you any attention, return a call, an email, etc., when you undoubtedly have problems with their cheap materials and so-so craftsmanship. I had a fence damaged in the March wind storms that I am still waiting to be properly fixed
