Billy was efficient and very helpful in switching out all our locks in our new home. We missed a lock and asked him to come back during thanksgiving week and he did. Changed out the lock and adjusted another lock for us at no extra charge. Very pleased with the professional service!

I Highly recommend Palmer Lock & Key for all your key needs!! We just moved to town wanted to have all our locks changed.They were very professional and reasonable priced and overall a great experience! I lost a key to a lock that had been added to my vintage camper to secure the door, and then was unable to find the backup key. I spoke with two other companies that advertised as “locksmiths” and was informed they did not provide the service I needed and they could come and “pick the lock” providing me with and exhorbatant price quote.
