YourHealthFile patient portal, offered by Aban Care Clinic, is a convenient, secure health management tool you can use anywhere you have access to the Internet. It provides access to important information about you and your visit(s) to our clinic. Please remember that Lab and Ultrasound Fees are not included in our prices and you will be charged separately.
Medical services are provided and billed by Aban Care Clinic. Our providers participate in most all of the major health insurance plans in the region. Following are the health plans which we currently accept. Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.
We have improved our phone system from 4 lines to 24 lines. However due to the large volume of calls we have coming in, wait times may be longer than expected. If you would rather email, please see our email contacts below. In order to help cut down on the wait time on our phone, we are implementing secure emails for our employees.

If I could leave a review with a no star, this definitely would be the one.
DO NOT and I really mean do not waist your time and energy in this place.
The hours are not posted at all. When you call to see if they are open or to make an appointment they do not answer the phone. In fact, when you try to call you'll get a recording stating that if you are hearing this message that means that they are currently closed and to call back during normal business hours 7:15-11 or 1-3 Monday threw Friday.
When I tried to call, I got that message during business hours and I also went to try to do a walk

I cannot describe how disheartening it is that a doctor would leave open a clinic just to pay the bill's. Because its obvious that this doctor doesn't care anymore. Maybe when he started he cared, but definitely not now. I have small fiber neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy, fibromialga and 3 disc's in my back that are herniated/bulging . This doctor was kind enough to feel down my back and then when he got to where it hurt he pushed his thumb in to where it pushed me off the table. He wouldn't bridge my medications from 1 place to the other and im sorry but Mayo Clinic doesn't lie when it comes

I'm going to have to change dr.s for my husband and I. His staff is terrible. I've been trying for weeks to get a prescription and records faxed to the VA dr. And no luck!! Was on the phone on hold for 20 minutes, then hung up on. Tried to call back, but goes to voicemail!!! Have gone through this for weeks now. His nurse is very nice, but doesn't follow up on anything!!! Would not recommend this place. Dr. Zagarra seems to be a good dr. But can't continue with this

The staff here is extremely unprofessional. From the front office staff to the back office. No follow-up. Leave their patients on hold. I was on hold for 30 minutes with no once coming on the line other than the recording. Not sure if Dr. Zegarra or Summer knows what is going on in their office. I am waiting on hold now and its been 15 minutes. Yes, I am changing doctors.

This is literally the worst doctors office in all of bullhead and the girls at the front desk are to blame . They NEVER answer the phone . If you want to make an appt. you need to show up in person and even then , might not be able to . Their business hours say they close at 5 but i showed up at 4:36 and got told by the girl in front “WERE CLOSED” i said “its 4:36” and she said “well were closed” i asked her if i could just make an appointment and she said she didnt know how and that i had to call, i told her i had been calling all day for several days and no answer and she said “well

I would give this place less but thats not an option. I am not even a patient I am a caregiver and drive patients to there appts so I have been to A LOT of doctors offices and this is by far the worse one. Every time I come in her with someone its a nightmare and I mean EVERYTIME. For ONE example i am writing this while currently standing at the window after waiting 55min for copies my patient called-in in advance bc she has to go to dialysis right after. I have been standing at this window for 12min now. 7min ago the lady behind the counter didnt acknowledge me at all just grabbed her stuff and

Dr Zegarra is a wonderful Dr. The problem is the staff. He has grown the practice in the past few years and hired new employees. They have 1 Dr and 2 fnp. They order lab tests and never hear results, no calls nothing. Waited for my fathers refill to be approved and it took almost 3 weeks. Pharmacy said they did not respond to numerous requests. This was a regular blood pressure med. They rarely answer the phone and the way these reviews are answered on here by the owner stating they are short staffed is totally unprofessional. The general public does not need to know they are short staffed. Schedule
