Affordable Dry Basements aims to provide a practical, affordable solution for your water damage issue. No one should have to deal with water damage in their home. We started in 1985 but before that the owner, Ben Ciccarelli, worked in his father's business since 1972. Ben still performs all of the estimates for customers so you can rest assured that you are getting the insight from someone with decades of experience when assessing your issue.
They were professional, courteous and explained what we needed done with knowledge. The person that came out to fix our basement crack did a great job, explained what he did and cleaned up when he was finished. I highly recommend! Great service from the word go! Great price and work done very professional I have used Affordable Dry Basement 2 times myself and recommended them to my sister in law and she loved them too!

Excellent workmanship. I did business with them 22 years ago, and haven't had any problem with the work they did. They recently fixed a crack in the wall in another part of my basement. Jorge did a very professional job. Good job, good price.

We sold our house and had to have some repairs done. You were recommended to us and I called. All I had to do (over the phone) was explain the problem then take some pictures and a price was quoted.
I was pleasantly surprised it was so inexpensive and easy I made an appointment and the job was done.
In my 71 years this could possibly be the easiest and most professional company I’ve ever worked with.

We had our basement waterproofing done by them and we are truly pleased. Ben has decades of experience and it truly shows when he gives you an estimate. His crew was also on time and did work in time as promised. They were courteous, polite and explained us every step of the process, went over the work that was completed and gave us guidance of how to maintain the system. The reason I give him 5 stars because not only his quote was best but Ben was confident about the right solution for our basement. He said that this is the solution for our older home and it should work and so far it is working

We had a drain put in our basement. Affordable Dry Basement came on time, did the work exactly as they said they would, finished in one day, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall I’m pleased and would go with them again if I needed more work done in the basement.

The absolute worst. After nearly 3 years basement is still having water issues. Company did not show up for a warranty appointment today and the owner had the nerve to yell and hang up on me for trying to find out if they were coming or not. Affordable? Maybe. Good workmanship and decent customer service? Not at all!!!

The team came out yesterday to install my interior drain tile system. They finished as planned today. They were professional and diligent. After getting multiple quotes, I would definitely recommend Affordable Dry Basement. The owner, Ben, came to my home to give the estimate. Ben seemed very knowledgable and experienced and he didn't waste time with a lengthy presentation. Connie was pleasant and helpful over the phone making my appointment.
