I opened Coastal Orthodontics in 2005 with a passion to serve children, teens, and adults in the communities in and around Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, and Milton. My goal was to create a family practice that would provide people of all demographics the possibility of having a beautiful smile, no matter what condition their teeth were in when they arrived.
At Coastal Orthodontics, we are known not only for the quality of our results, but also our ability to give a clear, precise, and thorough second or third opinion when patients come to us with this need. We have always had good experiences with Dr Litvak and his staff. They are always friendly and helpful. We have never had problems changing appointments or getting in at the last minute when a wire starts poking painfully. The office is always clean, and over the years I don't think we have ever had to wait more than a few minutes past a scheduled appointment time- usually they get us in right on time or early. Pricing is also much more affordable than the places like Fishbein. We pay out of pocket, and they are MUCH more reasonable than the other quotes we got.

Both of my children have had braces at Coastal Orthodontics. Dr. Litvak has a wonderful way with teens. He truly speaks their language! Now that my son and daughter are finished with their treatment, I can honestly say their smiles are gorgeous. The staff at Coastal Orthodontics is top-notch. They are friendly, accommodating and willing to work with hectic high school schedules. I give Coastal Orthodontics 5+ stars!
