I can not even begin to put in words how much these people have changed my life. Getting a hot tub was my wife’s idea and I was like happy wife happy life. Now that we have it at our home it is easily the best end to my days. I wish everyone could have one!!!! Thank you again for everyone’s help finding the right hot tub. Such a great knowledgeable staff!!!!!!!!

I have been a customer with Hot Springs for over 15 years and I just purchased my second hot tub. The new one is a salt water system and since I am unfamiliar with how it operates I must have called the business a dozen times for advice. Each time someone answered the phone, they knew me by name and went out of their way to make sure I understood what I was doing. They even sent a tech out to my home a second time to teach me how to operate my tub.
My experience with Hot Springs over the years has been incredible. They have always treated me like a valued customer and are not upset at answering

I ordered my Hot Springs spa in January 2021 and was told it would be delivered in early May. The salesman that I worked with on the purchase was Fred. My communications with the salesman was aggrevating and counterproductive to say the least.
My hot tub was delayed due to manufacturing and several emails and phone calls did not produce any results but did end in severe frustration. Finally, in early June I called the store and was told the spa was in and delivery was set up for 2 days later. The spa was delivered but the steps were missing. The only complaint is the wait on our tub, it’s out of local control no complaints with local hot springs dealership.
Our tub works great, easy to operate, cleaning filters is easy, the heat limit is great on these hot days it protects tub from overheating.
My oldest son and his wife liked ours so much they got one too!
