Mathis and Glen do not know how to take responsibility for their mistakes and need to be accountable for their actions.
Mathis was my sales rep - we were on countless of calls and e-mails back and forth to place my order. I was STILL delivered the wrong order and now not able to get a refund.
When I confronted Mathis he denied it happened. I asked to speak to Glen which he first avoided my calls and when I was finally able to speak to Glen he proceeded to yell at me over the phone and blocked my calls.
Thanks for yelling at me over the phone Glen, I'm sure all of your customers love that kind

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW, I WOULD. Do NOT use this company!!!!!!!!!!!! Woke up to a call from my contractor, found out Miller Wholesale CHARGED MY CLIENT. AFTER WE ALREADY PAID FOR OUR MATERIALS. When calling to fix this issue (NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER) GATOR decided it was acceptable to cuss and degrade me during the call. I was then HUNG UP ON. When I called back I had another gentleman who provided me with the owners phone number. THANK YOU ED COX FOR BEING HELPFUL. I have left a message with the owner, letting then know EXACTLY what GATOR is doing to their company. My next step is

Very rude and condescending. Not just one salesman, but both people I talked to on the phone. First guy hung up on me after insisting I didn't know what brown pressure treated lumber looks like....even though I had purchased said lumber from them on multiple instances. The next guy I talked to, after I called them back, was not much better.
