So my husband and I came across this place from their original location but they had moved so we thought would would make the long trip and give it a try ( we live 50 minutes away). The first order we made was about a week late and their hours made it so hard for me to pick up even though when I placed the order he said he would come in early to pick up which ended up not being the case. When I finally got my shirts I was pleased with the overall job. A few weeks later we decided to do another order. This time I had reached out to Mr. Lee to inquire if it would be possible for me to ship and box

Overall 5/5: Always a great experience here! My sorority sisters and I always come here to get our clothes embroidered. We used to go to their old location and are super happy to see them opened back up! Super easy process, and super fast turn time. The work is always done to perfection, clean lines, and exactly what we want!

I visited Pinetree Embroidery after reading the positive reviews. I wasn't pleased with my initial visit because the owner was off putting and wasn't very helpful. I left and didn't plan on returning. But I am a person that tries to see the positive in a situation if I can , so I took into consideration it was late in the evening, so it was feasible he was tired or just extremely busy but didn't mean any harm. When I went back he was definitely alot more helpful and in pleasant spirits. We created my design , he gave me a reasonable price ,and a pick up date, which was 2 days later. I was elated
