Terrible service! Asked for a plain white carpet that they have in stock. Ordered it on November 7th. The sales girl has it on stock, the contractor has the measurements since a week before Christmas. The sales girl has yet to contact the contractor by text to schedule an installation. She never returns calls , misquoted the price, and doesn’t try to correct the mistakes by helping you. Must admit I expected better from this place. During all the supply issues in this country you have to have patience but issue is with the service not the supply. Maybe I just have a bad salesperson but really

I had purchased a rug here about 3 years ago and was very happy with it and the price. However, I phoned first regarding a long runner and the guy said if you go down to a 13 ft runner, instead of my 14ft, I'd have many choices. I went last week. They will cut one for you and I was quoted one at little over $900.00 and my second choice a little over $400.00. No thanks. Back to online!!

Drove an hour to get there in heavy Saturday traffic. I walked in the door and after a minute or two someone named MJ came up and introduced herself to me. I told her what I was looking for, explained that I already had a large wool rug in the main living area and was looking for additional area rugs that would coordinate with it in order to help my German Shepherd, who has a spinal injury, to be able to navigate safely through our house. So disappointed I have been looking for an area rug for the last seven months. Can not find one thing I liked. Driving down 41 yesterday I saw your store and went in. Right as I walked in were beautiful pieces of home decor

I was thrilled to discover that I could choose the pattern and colors of a custom-made rug for a very reasonable cost. I had one made for the lobby of my college dorm. It has arrived there...but I haven't seen it yet. Can't wait to see it, all color-coordinated with the furnishings and the wall color.

It was delivered 3 weeks later and is exactly what we
ordered. The two delivery men brought the rug right in, moved a room full of furniture, and laid it out.
These guys were great.

Awful customer service. I was there for about an hour and my salesperson was called away several times to help new customers that had arrived at the store. It made it quite difficult to shop. He wrote down wrong sizes on my order. I called a week or so later to cancel the delivery "upon approval" and explained to salesperson that my in store experience wasn't that great and I felt pressured into the delivery. He was very rude and said that they were busy the day I was there.

Can't say enough about this business - the staff know their product/inventory, have great design capabilities, you're able to take rugs home to actually see them in the space and the list goes on.... Huge inventory and if you don't see what you want they can custom cut or design. Loads of home accessories available as well. Have worked with them on and off for over 5 years. Love this place!

This is a wonderful place to buy rugs. Joe Arnone made the experience incredible. They let you look at their gigantic inventory without bothering you. When you do need their help they are ready with advice and answering any questions. They let you take rugs home for a trial before charging your account. Today he called to see if I liked my purchase . If you need a rug in Sarasota this is the place to shop!

I arrived in Sarasota 5+ years ago and found Rugs as Art to be an excellent resource. I've relocated a couple of times within Sarasota so have been to the store several times for additional rugs. All of my interactions with Rugs as Art have been good... Very Good. They have great selection that's well displayed and the quality of the people that work there is excellent.
But this week, Rugs as Art elevated my trust and confidence in their company to a whole new level. I have had a problem with a rug I bought a while back and before I could finish explaining the problem to Andy
