Mary Moccia, ARNP is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in the diagnosis of complex skin conditions and treatments as well as surveillance for skin cancers and precancerous skin lesions. She began her career as an Urgent Care nurse and discovered her passion for dermatology while pursuing her Master of Science at the University of Lowell.
Dear Dr. Khatri, I want to thank you again for the fine laser work you did on my hands. I have many wrinkles and sun's spots on myself, but the dark markings on my hands seemed to bother me the most. Dr. Khatri is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience as a doctor. He has traveled all over the world which has exposed him to a wide variety of clinical studies.

Came to see Dr khatri after being referred by a neurologist to see a dermatologist for possible neurodermitis. I spent more time at the front desk paying my copay than with the Dr. He literally was in and out in less than 5 minutes with me. He didn't examine me. Didn't ask for any medical background or history. I awkwardly rushed through my symptoms with him because he almost looked annoyed I was there. I asked him if he got my records that were sent over and he didn't even go look for them. He just said i was maybe hormonal and sent me on my way. He had no compassion for my situation or pain.

I visited this office for a dermatology appointment based off recommendations. I am always early for my appointment and end up waiting for 20-30 minutes prior to the doctor coming in. Which I get offices can be busy and they can be backed up but I was the only one in the waiting room and all the other patient doors are open and the doctor is just chatting. When he does come in, he looks at my issue, doesn’t tell me what it is. He just prescribed medication to which I have to ask questions to get information about what is actually wrong. While what he prescribed works, he has no desire to help

Very nice at first but I call to make an appointment today and they want me to give a deposit of $50.00 well is not happening. Rather go to another place. Because at first I used to pay up front the same day of the appointment. You’ll losing another patient. And I know you’ll did that because I couldn’t make it to my other appointment but I couldn’t go because stuff were happening. Maybe you all should start understanding your patients.

Dr. Khatri and his staff are fantastic and are always attentive to my needs. They take the time to sit and discuss my concerns and have developed a relationship with my family and me.
