Salty Market provides locals and tourists with the convenience and ease of having a year-round market, full liquor store, and deli, all without having to travel to Wellfleet or Provincetown. Along with our new name, there have been renovations inside and out, keeping the nostalgic look of the old Dutra's exterior while the interior has been completely updated.
Our hope is that by offering competitively priced goods, delicious and fresh food, and a friendly, warm environment that Salty Market can cultivate a sense of community here and become a staple of Truro life. Since the day we started working in the store we have enjoyed an outpouring of curiosity and excitement from locals and tourists stopping by and we feel lucky to have so much support.

Such a special spot with absolutely amazing food - especially the jalapeño cheddar biscuits and chili crisp cream cheese - oh my!! Quality market with quality goods and quality food. It's a must-visit of you're ever in the area. Obsessed.
That being said - my partner and I were there recently staying the long weekend in Truro. Stopped in to browse and buy a few necessities. Asked the clerk where the bottle watered was, and instead of just kindly letting us know that Ptown doesn't use single use plastic anymore, they belittled us for not knowing that (we're from New York..

Salty Market is a magical oasis filled with all the basics you need for your stay. They have grocery items and a really good selection of beer, wine, and liquor. And they have an amazing kitchen that serves up incredible hot meals. They even have pre-made grab and go deli items. My favorite neighborhood market!

This place is awesome!!! One of the best BLT's I've ever had. The staff is so cute and friendly and helpful. They have a great beer and wind selection. We couldn't find parking to have lunch in Provincetown so we left and found this place. Grabbed sandwiches and a couple beers and headed to picnic on the beach. Best day. So happy we found this gem!

This is a great little market serving "quality". All their products are of exquisite quality. Granted, you're not going to do your week's worth of everyday items but if you want great food items, this place can't be beat. They have just become my go-to sandwich shop. I'm trying to get away from ordering the turkey sandwich but it's just too damn good!

Just discovered this gem and we are steadily eating our way through every sandwich on the menu. The Turkey has avocado and a spicy mayo--delish. Best hot tuna melt around, and cold tuna is good too. The chicken salad is seasoned perfectly. They don't make sandwiches on Wednesday's, so I had their white pizza with mushrooms which was the equivalent of a gorgeous focaccia and only $5. Nice little market too with lots of selection for wine, beer, frozen Iggy's bread, and other staples. There is another sandwich and market closer to me, but this is always worth the drive.

We were staying down the road and stopped by to pick up bagels to make some sandwiches out of other leftovers in the fridge. The everything bagels do really have everything, including pumpkin seeds which we loved. Would definitely come here again to grab some stuff on another visit AND would recommend it.
