Took my Titan HD mower in for service. When I picked it up it had white spots all over which doesn't was off. They said they only use water to wash off equipment. Well something spotted the paint on my mower and it wasn't that way when I took it in! A total lack of caring or concern.This was not my first bad experience with them but it is definitely my last.
