Valerie was extremely helpful guiding me through my first home buying experience. She was fast and efficient in answering any of my questions as well as being very flexible working around my schedule. I can't think of one thing that I would change about my experience with Keva. Valerie made sure I wasn't surprised by anything and had plenty of time to meet all of my deadlines. It is clear she has extensive knowledge and experience. There isn't a friend or family member I wouldn't recommend Keva to thanks to her!

Bree Waugh worked with us to almost sell our house- but the end result was our choice, not her effort.
In the process she was helpful, warm, honest, efficient, and always reachable. We hit a drama-cloud in the process and she was solid and patient.
I would not just recommend Bree but when the time comes for us to move, she'll be the first person I call.
Oh, and she admits expertise but isn't bossy or condescending at all!
