When I was a child, I began my martial arts journey over 40 years ago as a young boy in South Korea and the positive impact it had on my life was remarkable. I can’t say enough great things about this place! From the moment you walk in you feel like you belong somewhere. It’s been a blessing to join here. My little wiggle worm has grown so much in such a short… period of time. Like many little ones my son has issues focusing and sitting still. He is thriving is so many ways, and I know it’s due to the hard work and dedication these coaches put into these kids. Master Bang and his team are superior to say the least. They are patient, kind, funny, motivating and so much more. I love how they have a “word” of the week

Bang Elite Sport Taekwondo is an amazing taekwondo school owned and operated by the incredible Master Youngin Bang. My 9 year old son began his Taekwondo journey 4 1/2 years ago at another Taekwondo school and… after 3 years of classes and 2 years on that school’s competitive team we made the decision to move him to Master Bang’s dojang in order to give him the absolute best opportunity as a Taekwondo athlete. That was the best decision we could have ever made for our son. In the last year and a half we have seen so much growth in not just his skill, but also in his confidence

I brought my son here as a reference from one of his friends from school. It started as just entertaining the thought, because kids change their minds every day on what they want to do. Bang Elite is absolutely the greatest gift I could of every gave to my son. He has almost been a student for a year, and I could not be any more proud to be a TKD… mom to him. The staff, the teachers, are all so amazing. Every day when you walk in, its like walking into your second home. Its a sense you get of family greeting you at the door. I am so blessed my son gets to be apart of this family.

We had searched for an extra curricular activity for our daughter for some time. We decided to check out Bang Elite and it has been the best thing we could have ever done. Our daughter who is small and shy has already transformed in the time that we have had her in this program. She has built up so much confidence and is doing so great! Our whole… family has noticed a big change in her. Master Bang and all of the instructors have just been incredible. They are patient and kind and teach these students respect and skills that they need to succeed not just in Taekwondo but in life in general

The BEST in the US. If you're looking for a place to train for competition, you'll be coming to the best training that's out there. I am high level competitor on the Puerto Rico Taekwondo National team, preparing for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. I drive all the way from Pasadena to here in the woodlands just to train with Master Bang. I've been doing taekwondo for 18 years now so I know a great school when I'm in one since I've had so much experience all over the world at different schools. Looking for regular class or poomse? You've also come to the right place.

It is a wonderful school if you are looking for a professional TKD training; to learn from the best master and Olympic coach; to become proficient in poomsae and compete on national/international level; or just have fun and stay active learning important life skills. Master Bang is by far the best Coach our Daughter has had in Taekwondo. As 2nd Degree Black Belt, she has continued to grow within her sparring as well as regained her passion for Traditional Forns thanks to Ms. Janine. I would highly recommend this school for any family with children as all of the instructors are passionate about instilling the values of Taekwondo in their students. The kids and parents are always happy with the lessons and seeing the kids achieve where they never believed possible is amazing to watch.

We are so blessed to have Master Bang's experience and love for his students here in the North Houston Metroplex. The incredible Young in Bang is an amazing former Olympic coach for Team Mexico. Another bonus are the highly ranked and motivated elite team members who are serious about their training. One shining example is Victoria Stambaugh our team captain and Puerto Rico's National Team Member. BANG Elite Sport Taekwondo is the real deal. The owner, Master Bang, is a 5 time Olympic TKD Coach (Mexico) and not only is he a phenomenal Sparring Coach, he is a great enthusiastic teacher for new students. The entire teaching team at BANG Elite is kind and professional. I love how they teach with high expectations - no sloppy technique here! The Masters are top at their craft and the lessons and camp seminars are awesome ways for athletes to get tournament ready.
