We have nothing but great things to say about Tyler and the Gurr Real Estate Team..In this crazy competitive market, we felt 100 % confident, trusting all our needs were being taken care of. He went above and beyond in every aspect of our home buying experience. We are not very familiar with the whole process and all the small details that go into buying a house, especially now, and Tyler was AWESOME.. He would explain things to us more than once if we needed it, ( and we did) but he was always nice and respectful, never making us feel inadequate. We had a wonderful experience getting our dream place in Utah with Tyler. He has been very helpful, energetic and positive during this crazy buying experience!
We had a limited budget to work with, and specific needs for our first home, and Tyler did a wonderful job lining up walk throughs for us! He has been on top of everything, and has made this experience of home buying easier than we had ever imagined.
