This Play says excellent customer service! We saw the Commercial about them having a large selection of rugs that were on sale. So today we decided to visit in when we walked in it was just so nice to see so many rugs at very, very beautiful and super large like museum grade grand and ornate industrial and home rugs.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very nice salesman. I told him what I was looking for and they didn't really have it but he did show me some of the options that they did have. I just super appreciated his courtesy and kindness and very good conversation.

This place is incredible. In the past I've bought rugs from stores like West Elm, Pottery Barn, etc. They always fell apart and were impossible to keep looking nice. Never knew what a difference in ru quality really was. Michael here helped educate me a bit and then showed me a dozen options that fit what I was going for at home. I was also really surprised that the price was the same price or less than your typical fancy home store, and the quality was clearly better. I've had the rug now for 6 months and everyone comments how nice it looks. I'll be back for an outdoor rug next.

The selection and help I received at Outrageous Rugs when I was looking to replace a large rug in my living room was fantastic. So many gorgeous rugs to choose from and I had very special help from the owner, Steve. I love my new rug and so does everyone that comes into my house. Great to work with. I was looking for 2 large area rugs. They allowed me to take home 2 that were the rugs I was thinking of but needed to order in different sizes -just so I'd be sure.
They gave me pointers of measuring the dining room rug so that the chairs would remain on the rug when pulled out.
They ordered and cut a rug for me n provided the pad as well.
They delivered and installed them. The guys were the best. Kind, considerate and very professional.
I'd buy again from them in a heartbeat.
I have several treasured rugs from overseas and they knew them and know their stuff.

PASS. I honestly dont get why this place has such good reviews lol. The place looks the part but as soon as you look like your thinking about leaving the place the wolves descend. He asked me what i thought so far and i said its to expensive here. I found similar rugs on offer up from the dealer for half the price of the ones here so ill probably just go with them. And thats when he told me he had saw which rug i was looking at and could knock $175 dollars off the price if that sounded good? Bottomline he should be selling them at a fair market price or a slight mark up but to be comfortable knocking
