We at Bissonette's have been listening to our customers, and customers have told us that they do not want to throw away vacuums every couple of years. They want affordable, allergy-friendly vacuums that pick up the dirt and keep it in the vacuum without spitting it out or blowing fine particles into the air.
Our customers want sewing machines with a quality stitch that won't hold back their creativity. And our customers want to clean their homes with products that are kind to their families and the environment. Here at Bissonette's we offer the American engineering of Riccar vacuums, the German engineering of Miele vacuums, the precision and customer-driven design of Janome sewing machines, and the chemical-free cleaning solutions of e-cloth.

Services
Bissonette's is a family business, an independent sewing machine and vacuum sales and service center. Independence means that we are accountable only to you, our customers, not to some corporation's bottom line. Our recommendations come from carefully listening to you, our friends and neighbors, and understanding your specific application.
To help you differentiate between vacuums, manufacturers use ratings such as watts, amps, or horsepower. Those numbers explain the energy that is used by the vacuum, but not necessarily how well it cleans. For example, a vacuum with a lower amperage but a more efficient fan system can generate more airflow.
Over the last few decades, sewing has changed from a necessity into either a hobby or a profession. To meet the needs of hobbyists, manufacturers compete on price. Some manufacturers have replaced precision metal pieces with plastics, sacrificing performance and durability. For the professionals, other manufacturers have added automation, features that enhance productivity.

I hate to give a bad review, but it took 3 months for my sewing machine to get fixed here. I know they're busy and all, but that seems like an extreme amount of time to repair something that wasn't really that broken at all in the first place (just a few screwy adjustments that were off). I think I would have rather spent those 3 months learning how to repair it myself online instead of wondering if my poor sewing machine was forgotten in a corner somewhere. And on top of waiting a quarter of a year for it to get fixed, it was hella expensive too. Ouch.

Horrible customer service. Took over 2 weeks to get my sewing machine "tuned up". Had to call multiple times. Then when we got it back, it didn't work. He charged $70 for the tune up. When we brought it back and asked why he went ahead with the tune up when it's obviously broken he said we hadn't asked for a quote. Then he tried to claim he didn't know it was broken...after he pointed out what was broken. When asked if there was any way to get an owner's manual he simply said "'no, that's impossible." (I did a quick google search and found
