Eagerton Tree Service was developed in 2009 by Jake Eagerton, owner/operator after attending the University of North Florida. With a desire to own his own company and not wanting to go into the family plumbing business, Jake decided to look for another service opportunity in the North Florida area.

Services
In these unprecedented and challenging times, we hope you and your family are healthy and safe. We are all in this together and our hearts go out to all those directly affected by the virus, as well as their families, friends, and coworkers. At Eagerton Tree Service, we are doing our part and have taken action to protect our employees, customers, business partners and communities in which we operate.
Most Jacksonville homeowners don't really know when is the best time to trim trees, bushes, and shrubs to give them the best chance for growth and survival. Many questions abound about when certain plants and trees are at their optimum growth cycle for trimming, pruning, and shaping. Is it too late in the year to trim and can we sustain damage from frost and freezing temperatures?
When people think of the State of Florida they think of warm, sunny weather with sandy white beaches filled with light to moderate winds and gently rolling waves. Unless you have visited our beautiful state, especially the Central and Northern Florida parts, you would not expect to find a thick forest of cedar, pine, maple, magnolia, palm, and oak.
We offer a range of stump grinding and stump removal services. When trees have to be removed, for one reason or another, the only evidence that a tree once stood, is the stump of the tree left behind. Though some homeowners prefer not to spend any additional money removing the tree stump there are definite reasons it is a good idea.
At Eagerton Tree Service we are serious about the specialized tree and land clearing services we provide and that is why we have included forestry mulching into our array of unique services. If you have an overgrown field, hollow, yard, or forest that needs clearing of trees, underbrush, unwanted vegetation like invasive plant species, desire wildfire management or simply need land clearing and site preparation, forestry mulching is the answer.

Live in Avondale and Have a huge oak tree in my front yard. Multiple branches from the tree overhang my roof. Called Eagerton Tree Services for a quote and Pat showed up same day to take a look at the job. He was very knowledgeable about which branches were healthy and which needed to be cut. I was happy with the price and scheduled the job for the next week. The crew showed up right on time and were very efficient. They had the entire job done in an hour and a half! They even blew off the yard, driveway, and street. They left the job site very clean. 10/10 would highly recommend this company.

Shout out to Daniel and his colleague for doing a great job this morning. Loved the prompt communication, professionalism, and clean up. I was slightly concerned that my trees would be hacked more than necessary for simplicity or "Crepe Murdered". They definitely knew what I was referring to and I had no reason to be concerned. Very happy with the results.

These people were hired by my neighbor, not me.
The system wouldn't let me leave less rhan 1 star or i would have. These people are less than rude and incompetant.
Started out trespassing in my back yard and leaving the gate wide open so my puppy could get out un noticed
They progressed to cutting down the schrubs growing against the fromt of my house.
They walked thru my yard, and used my yard for their work all morning. Then instead of offering to replace the plants they denied responsibility and blamed it on my neighbor and accused me of harrasing their employees for letting them know

Every one of the crew members were happy to be here and do their job! They set up early had an ample amount of man power and equipment to prune my overly grown water oak in a tight space… the boys were quick and tidy, they cleaned up over 4 yards of debris and kept the roadways clear for neighbors, Highly recommend Eagerton they were awesome 👏🏼

Pat showed up for estimate promptly. They were able to squeeze my yard in on a short notice. Tim & Lucas showed up right when they said they would. Super respectful, and hard workers. Left the yard immaculate when everything was done. A+ service very professional. Highly recommend special thanks to Jake for running a top notch company! 🌳🌴

Outstanding service by Patrick and all involved in the service that was provide to me yesterday. I met with Patrick on Tuesday on concerns of a damaged tree. He inspected my front area and pointed out a few hazardous areas I had not seen on other trees. So glad I took his advice.
I think Jake was the person in charge of the actual removal. Excellent job. Loved the attitude of every one involved. I have used many large tree services in the past but never been as satisfied as I am with Eagerton. Thanks to all of you! I will be calling you next year.

We had a double oak in our front yard, that clearly had issues, between Mistletoe and bark chunks falling, and if price worthy removing the neighbors over grown trees that hang over our fence and pool. We got 2 separate estimates. Mint coupon was 15% off any JOB "WITH THIS AD" We Went through the Mint magazine to price shop. After price shopping they won our bid, but only for the front tree. Over Selling and Under Delivered. They were 3 hours late, only because I called, irritated. Once here, after staging the vehicles, they felt free taking our garbage can lid to collect oil drips

If you need tree work done ... call anyone but these people. I tried to call them, as they run an ad in the monthly Mint magazine, to get 4 palm trees trimmed at my house. The last who answered the phone, first told me trees they trim palms. She then asked how many, so I gave her their details. At that point she paused and then told me "Look this is the busy season and for such a small job, I should just call someone else. They need to focus on the big jobs." So I'm guessing that the average home owner isn't important to them. I would rather figure out how to climb a Palm tree
