Community Health Centers is a federally qualified health center in central Oklahoma that provides primary health care and other health-related services on a sliding scale income basis. Our primary facility, the Mary Mahoney Memorial Health Center, is located in eastern Oklahoma County.
Additional sites serve infants, children, families and the homeless in rural Oklahoma. Our staff and administration work diligently to provide patients with services to match their needs. Services
The Mary Mahoney Memorial Health Center has been a viable force in northeastern Oklahoma County since 1973 when it opened its doors in the old Dunjee High School building, approximately three blocks north of the Center's present location. It is a private, nonprofit, and comprehensive primary health care facility sponsored by Community Health Centers, Inc.
Community Health Centers of Oklahoma has several locations that offer primary health care by family practice providers. We provide health care, dental, and behavioral health services to the insured, underinsured, andpatients without insurance. All of our services are available to men, women, and children ranging from infants to older adults.
Oklahoma City Parks & Recreations is presenting a Community Health Fair. All ages are welcome with fun activities for kids to participate in while their parents enjoy the fair. We will have our Clinical Director Leondra Moore and guest Assistant Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Services, Chassidy Boyland, Care Coordinator for SBIRT Program.
Mahoney was one of the first African Americans to graduate from a nursing school, prospering in a predominantly white society. In 1908, Mahoney co-founded the National Association of Colored Graduate Nurses (NACGN) with Adah B. Thoms. This organization attempted to uplift the standards and everyday lives of African-American registered nurses.
Community Health providers are on call after hours and on weekends and holidays for advice. Calls are available for family practice, internal medicine and pediatric patients. Pregnant -OB patients delivering at OU Health Science Center are directed to call OUHSC obstetrical labor and delivery at 405-271-4276 for advice.

I am really shocked from some of the bad reviews i saw here.. I Swear i never get treated unwell in this place everyone is amazing there. God Bless Y'all there you are amazing. Receptionist, Nurses, Lab Staff, (Shoutout to Dr. IRA) he is really great doctor. Everyone there is doing his job Professionally. Good luck everybody there.
