I inquired about whether amtrack sold bicycle boxes next door. Amtrack won't answer the phone.GNBC offered me a box for free. The amtrack doesn't leave until 2am so they offered to put it outside so I could pick it up at about midnight. All I can say is WOW the hospitality in ND is incredible! Especially GNBC!!!🤩

What a great shop. The only place I will go from now on. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Took it to scheels and they were clueless, brought it in to great northern and with out even taking my sons bike apart Zane knew it and fixed it and very reasonable price. I recommend taking your bike needs to these guys!!!

Bought my first bicycle from this shop. I've owned bikes in the past but by no means considered myself knowledgeable pertaining to which bike was best for my needs. The team there made me feel very welcomed, listened to my needs and how I would be using my bike, and made great recommendation within my budget. One of my favorite Fargo businesses -- the kind of local shop I try to support as much as possible. My latest experience with them: I damaged my rear derailleur in a fall. Even though I'd had the bike 14 months, they fixed my derailleur for free as part of the complementary one year tune-up they give to bikes purchased there. It probably didn't hurt that I've been a customer for over twenty years.

Just starting to get into biking. I called for a training tire and they had one in stock 👍 I had a very informative conversation will a sales associate that was able to answer questions about bikes, trainers ect. The inventory and retail space is amazing. Will defiantly be shopping for my next bike there. Great place

The crew at Great Northern is absolutely amazing! While touring through the area they squeezed a tune-up in for two bikes with no notice. Everything was professionally done and at a very good price. It is very obvious why we were hearing about this bike shop for a couple hundred miles. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

Seriously, one of the best bicycle shops I've ever been in. Aside from being in a beautiful building, the staff is knowledgable and once they're free to help you I've never had a question go unanswered. If they don't know, they'll find the answer for you.
