Nestled at the eastern end of Franklin County, Alligator Point includes eight miles of natural coastline along a narrow beach peninsula. This rural beach community can be accessed via US Highway 98 and County Road 370. A delightful slice of Old Florida, Alligator Point boasts uncrowded and unspoiled beaches, fabulous fishing, phenomenal wildlife viewing and-above all else-peace and quiet.
Take Hwy 319 south to US Hwy 98 West. Travel west through Panacea and over the Ochlockonee Bay bridge. After the bridge, take your first left onto County Road 370/Alligator Drive and travel south to Alligator Point. Travel south on I-85 to US 27 S/US 280 E. Continue following US 27 S into Florida. Take Old Bainbridge Rd and FL-263 S/Capital Cir NW to US-319 S/Crawfordville Rd in Tallahassee.

Everything we wanted and more! We just returned from 2 weeks at Alligator Point with the whole family(s) from ages 6 mo. to 79, including 2 teenagers who had a blast and they rarely picked up their phones.
With the smell of fresh brewed coffee and beacon cooking, it's sooo nice to relax in a home over looking the water in the morning. Pic below - Homemade Banana, Almond Pancakes!!! Then the days activities would include: fishing from the dock, walks and relaxing on the beach, surf fishing, reading, napping, just hanging out on the downstairs covered area... we even finished 2 jigsaw puzzles that
