The manager lies about everything. I had a package accidentally sent there after leaving and was told he would call when it arrived. He had it sent back then lied to our face about it.
If you become friendly with him, he will expect things from you such as not using your credit card to pay room fees but paying in cash with no reciept to prove you paid.
We did like the place until we found out it's run by a two faced man who says whatever he can to placate people. They also have an issue with ants in the lower floor rooms that they never deal with.
Save yourself the issues and stay elsewhere

I reviewed this motel 2 years ago and I felt happy about this place. It was my husband myself our daughter and son that stayed. This year our daughter is off in college and we’re actually paying more than before. Which it’s not a big deal, my husband and I work and our son goes to school and he doesn’t make it here until after 9pm from school activities. Now the guy that runs this place as gotten so mean and evil it’s not even normal. He complains about how he’s tired of working here the ppl gets on his nerves he’s been here for 40yrs etc., BUT now he wants to put us out because it’s

The place is very cozy, quite, and not a lot of riff raff. Feel like our vehicles and belongings are safe and well watched over. No traffic in and out which is nice. Front office is always open and the property manager has been more than great. He is very polite, does his job very well and always there to help accommodate our needs. Only issue I would say is the price. Other than that the place is wonderful and I would recommend to anyone.

I give a HUGE ZERO! We had been staying here since November. This isn't our first time here. The Manager Marad...is CRABBY old man. Zero privacy...he watches your every move. We are homeless but paying almost 1700 a month.with my 14 yr. Old and her father. He is kicking us out so the Illegal immigrants can move in. He's kicking out the other family too. It says KID FRIENDLY...NO WAY... Don't sit outside and BBQ... NO sitting on chairs.... I will be getting ahold of someone about this... He refers to us as " those people" murad used too be my Facebook friend...HA! No friend would do this.
