Charles Templer is the founder of IWU. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from the University of Southern California and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach. He continues to oversee the growth and daily challenges of the business. Leticia has been with IWU for over 21 years.

IWU offers service-oriented hazardous and non-hazardous waste transportation. Our drivers receive extensive DOT technical and regulatory training. All drivers are road-tested and subject to random drug and alcohol testing. We hold regularly scheduled safety meetings with all technical personnel to discuss the latest risk management information and review topics discussed in prior meetings.
