I arrived to my nail appointment a few minutes early. The manager is working on my nails. A few minutes later an other lady arrives and says ‘I have an appointment at now’. Technician looked at me and said,
T: do you mind waiting? our Hispanic technician will be here in 55 minutes.
Me: I made the appointment in advance for this hour, with you and I have arrived on time. Tell me why I need to wait?
T: oh, it is that Blanca will be here in one hour.
I let the other (non Hispanic) lady, take my sit and I left. Sadly, this happened to me once before. Juan is wonderful I have likes his work

This place is sometimes ok but am recently disappointed. My kiddo got her nails done for the first time and they are so sloppy and apparently the person doing them has 24 years experience. She needs to be back in school and I couldn't even believe that a nail salon could do such a horrible job.

Terrible! Took triple the time it should for a fill. The lady kept stopping and scheduling appointments, chatting with her coworkers and staring at other clients. Tools were disgusting. She yelled at me when I was mistaken for how much it was going to cost. My nails look absolutely awful, the sides aren't done, they're bare. They are lumpy and the lengths are all uneven. I wouldn't have paid for it but at that point I was so angry and ready to leave after sitting there for 2 hours. I cant say one good thing about this place. Do not waste your time or hard earned money!!!

These negative reviews are a bunch of crap. I've had my nails done here for over 10 years. All of the technicians are so great. Some do not speak english very well, but with the help of others, you can get your message to them. They do sometimes get behind on their schedule but it's because they are too nice and let people show up late for their appointments or add crazy requests to what have just been a regular fill or full set. I've sat next to people and have NEVER seen someone with a bad manicure or nail application EVER!

This is probably the worst set of nails I have ever had. The older lady does not do a good job. I assume she is the owner or manager because she was so busy doing other things like answering the phone, talking to other people who work there, and directing people where they should go, then doing my nails. It took two hours to get my nails done. She used so much product that it was all over my fingers I had to pick it all off. I have only had them for a week but it looks like two because she never pushed back my cuticles. They are also uneven and bumpy.

I love coming to LA Nails. They can always fit me and my friends in and they do an awesome job every time I come in. They are very clean and sanitary and are doing great to keep others safe. I have had them do manicures and pedicures and am always happy when I leave. They took a lot of time on my pedicure and my feet really needed it. Thank you!

If it were possible, I'd give this a NEGATIVE 5 rating!!!! This is possibly THE WORST PLACE to go if you want your nails done!!!!

I have been having Juan do my shellac nails for over 7 years. He does an amazing job! I call ahead and make my appointment the first one of the day so there is never a wait. However, if I can't get the first appointment I will call about 30 minutes prior to the appointment and Lynn will let me know if they are behind. They are all so hardworking and I have gotten to know most all who work there and love them all!

So let me start off with my first visit, I go in get SNS at the end I see that you can still see my natural nail through the polish I told them and they did nothing and said that is how it's supposed to look. I paid 40 dollars that day, fast forward to 1 month later I call ask about a manicure and say I'll be there In about 20 min and she said okay. I come in and she asks for my name, she then says I'm not on the list even though I called to let her know I am coming in. So walk ins no matter what are not welcomed, she then proceeds to say that she will give me a call if some one

Even if you make an appointment - you'll wait 30 minutes before being seated. You just need to decide if a $10 price difference is worth it. If you're trying to plan out a day/need to be somewhere, just know you'll be very late. Don't ever come here with another person thinking you'll sit next to each other. I've been here multiple times with another person and we were seated away from each other each time and have never been able to get our nails done at the same time. It's ridiculous.

I came from out of state and needed a mani. Wow this place is just nuts! So unorganized and I feel sorry for people who had an appointment and still sat and waited for an hour. My sister in law took me here and its last time. I will ever go back when I am in Logan. The technician I had didn't ask what i wanted and cut all my nails down clipping me 3 times to try to make them shorter. I was trying to grow them out and now I am starting back at square 1. After seeing some of the negative reviews online I was little nervous to go but was pleasantly surprised! I had a fantastic experience. My nails turned out beautifully and I the woman I spoke with was very nice and apologetical about the wait. Sure, the shop itself is small but you can tell that all the employees are hardworking and take extra care to do a good job.
This is the first time I've gotten my nails done in several months and was very pleased with the experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Went here to get mani/pedi. Had gel out on my hands-a two year old could have prob done as well. Then had my pedicure -girl doing it was so busy talking to the girl next to her that she scrubbed a chunk right off of my foot over a bony area! I paid what I was charged but am now regretting it! I figured complaining would go no where-just certainly won't let them touch me again!

DO NOT GO HERE. horrible experience today. I went in to get my acrylics removed and a gel manicure. they were busy and the nail lady was frantically ripping off my acrylics instead of properly soaking them off. this resulted in my thumb nail cracking down the middle and bleeding. at that point I told her to stop and she still tried to change me $10!!! lol!!! I paid her 5 dollars and left. i'll never be back.

Definitely not the fanciest salon I've been, but this is one of the best manicures I've ever had! I called ahead and despite them running behind, Blanca is one on the best manicurists I've run into in Utah. Granted, the salon is missing most of the updates I'm normally used to but I don't care. If the manicure was great, you'll hear about it on Yelp.
