With a reputation for the nicest cleaning technicians in town, Susan's Green Cleaning is a locally owned and operated, multi-award winning environmentally-friendly cleaning service. We use all-natural, non-toxic, effective ingredients with no known carcinogens, human or aquatic toxins, and no known reproductive toxins.
If customer leaves, lock up instructions will be communicated by customer to the main office. We service single-family homes, however, we no longer service apartment buildings or condos unless they are north of Northgate, have parking provided, and are a unit of 8 or less units. We DO service single-family homes south of Northgate.
Harmful pathogens can live on surfaces for days, and will potentially double every 20 minutes given the right food source and ambient temperature. This provides ample opportunity to create situations for cross contamination. Conventional cleaning and disinfecting does a fine job of managing microbiological load on common touch points.
We use all natural, non-toxic, effective ingredients. There are no known carcinogens, human or aquatic toxins, and no known reproductive toxins. And none contain artificial fragrance or colorings. All of the products we use are formulated for reduced environmental impact. A 3rd generation-owned vacuum shop, supplies Susan's Green Cleaning with the highest quality Miele vacuums and HEPA filters.
Susan's Green Cleaning Was The First Seattle Eco-Friendly House Cleaning Company to Offer This! TANCS stands for "Thermo Accelerated Nano Crystal Sanitation." This factory-installed internal component modifies the actual crystal structure of the minerals in tap water, transforming it to clean and disinfect faster and better than most chemicals.

We needed a deep clean on our home since a lot of the extra tasks had been pushed aside for too long. Our cleaner was very professional and did a great job getting into all of those nooks and crannies that hadn't seen enough attention this past year. We will definitely book a cleaning with them again when we need another whole house refresh!

I've had an excellent experience with Susan's Green Cleaning. After the initial deep cleaning, they've been coming to my house every two weeks for several years. They are efficient, thorough, and responsive, and it's nice knowing there is no toxic residue when they're done.

I booked a move out cleaning with Susan’s Green Cleaning. Most of the communication was via email with Susan, the owner. From the moment I booked until the moment the job was completed, she was extremely responsive. After I had mentioned that the cleaning technician had missed a few areas, Susan immediately made it a priority to ensure that someone would come back out. In fact, Susan came out herself the following day to ensure the place was sparkling and to our satisfaction. Wonderful customer service and would definitely recommend!
