Providing elite and comprehensive care whether it is the fourth quarter of your year, game, or life. Imagine your life without pain, or without that nagging low level injury, or never again feeling the fear of not being able to do something on your terms. At Q4 Physical Therapy the goal is to get you better than baseline.
Not just back to where you were, but to build an amazing capacity so you have a bigger buffer between you and injury. My aim is to find the root cause of a problem and guide my patients through the solution. I believe in empowerment of my patients to feel in control of their situation. My goal is to prevent injuries from becoming chronic and to avoid the same problem 6 months in the future.

Services
My Physical Therapy practice began in 2016 after a career change from neuroscience and biosafety. I am a 2015 graduate of the University of St. Augustine for Heath Sciences in San Diego with a doctorate in Physical Therapy with honors. I utilize a diverse skill set including manual therapy, neuro-motor planning, and personalized programming to my treatments.
At Q4, you will receive high quality, whole body, personalized care with full return to sport and activity support. Becoming pain free is just the beginning; we will create a care plan that gives you the confidence and resilience to engage in whatever activities you love. I treat all body regions including back, shoulder, hip, and knee.
During the evaluation, we will discuss your history, perform a movement screen, and identify the areas you'd like to become stronger in. Together we will create a clear path forward. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring any footwear, mouthwear, or assistive devices you are currently using.

Martha is an incredibly diligent physical therapist who takes the time to listen to your needs and makes you feel heard. She gives you a full assessment, never makes you feel rushed, and communicates with you throughout your whole appointment. Martha has treated me for jaw and back problems, and she gave me the tools I needed to continue treatment on my own once I was done seeing her. Highly recommend!
