At the onset of discussing the roofing repairs with 3JM, my wife and I were pleased with how they engaged with us. James Sako and Matt Brasic listened attentively to all our concerns, were very courteous and helpful in answering all our questions which included a lot of in-person meetings, calls and text messages.
Last August, the crew who worked on the roof started early morning and did an efficient job. James was present during times of the repair and oversaw the work was done correctly. After the job, he also made sure that we were satisfied with it.

The estimate guy was a fast talker let's call him j man. Very aggressive crew that beats the heck out of your home. They ruined by gutters and do not clean up well. The main guy arrives briefly then disappears and let's his crew of immigrants who speak no English tear into it. Sure they are fast but at what cost. I'll tell ya damage when it's all done. Nice shingles because I picked good ones. The guy that came out just should have been present more when his guys were working.

I can't review the services of 3JM Exteriors, because the services never happened. I called 3JM on July 18, 2018 and spoke to Kim, (who seemed very nice). Leo contacted me more than a week later, and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate for July 26 at 4:30. When he was 30 minutes late, I called him. He didn't answer, so I left a message. He called back a couple of hours later, and we rescheduled for the next day. I was interested in replacing a few windows as well as a specialized roof above my sunroom. After he assessed the situation, and took some measurements, he said I should
