Our management company, Century Care Management, was founded by Noah Duncan beginning with a nursing home in Laurinburg, North Carolina. Mr. Duncan had a passion to provide care for those whose needs were beyond what their families could provide. Over the years, Century Care's reputation grew and so did our desire to include other North Carolina towns that did not have enough care providers in those communities.
We now serve seven North Carolina towns through nine nursing homes. Sadly, Noah died a few years ago. However, his passion to provide quality care to other North Carolinians did not end. Century Care remains in the hands of the Duncan family and their dedication to providing quality health care is just as strong as Noah's was.

Our Medicare and Medicaid certified facility is designed for those who have complex medical conditions and for those who are recovering from surgery or illness. We offer respite care for family caregivers who need a period of relief. Our attentive staff help make the resident feel at home in a comfortable and inviting environment no matter how long the stay.
I believe my family member needs the care that you provide. What is the process for Admission? What do I do next? First, have a discussion with your family member's primary care physician. The physician will identify and document your family member's specific care needs. Admission to any nursing home in North Carolina requires a doctor's written care order.
Adams Farm is conveniently located minutes from Interstates 40, 73, and 85. Our building is nestled on 5 acres of land that has plenty of trees and vegetation. The Greater Greensboro area is an exciting location for family and friends that may be visiting. It continues to grow by combining a positive outlook with traditional Southern charm.

I have been trying to contact my mom at the rehab center for the past three days, however, their phone lines are cut off. Besides the phone number provided to us in the welcome packet, I have tried multiple phone numbers that I have received calls from in the past month. None of them have voice mail boxes that are set up. Because of Covid, no one is manning the front desk and even when we have tried to just come to the facility to speak to someone, we have been unsuccessful. I will be contacting an attorney today – this is scary, unprofessional, and negligent.

Sister tried to contact the nurse at 7 AM after missing a call from our father. Left message for the nurse to return her call. Still waiting. Never called back to let her know how he was doing. Haven’t been able to visit him for the first 3 days he’s been there because of COVID restrictions. If anyone else has had problems with this center please post and let everyone know that this center doesn’t care about their patients or their family.

They took really good care of me here after my hip replacement surgery. The nursing staff is a very capable, competent and caring team. It's evident that patient care is priority number 1 with everyone employed at the facility. My goal was to get released home as soon as possible. Physical and Occupational therapist here were thorough in helping me to return home in a reasonable amount of time but more importantly I was able to safely care for myself using the training implemented by my therapists. Although I was a short term resident, it was clear-through what I observed that long term residents
