I ordered a grass deflector for a black max mower. Wrong one was sent. It was so far off in size that it did not even come close to fitting on. So I emailed them about how to return the $12.54 piece of equipment that cast me $11.95 in shipping costs. No answer for email #1, #2 or #3. I would not do business with these folks over a long distance. If you are local in town perhaps but they do not respond if you are not there in person. Do waste your money, use a reputable source.

Friendly staff both times I've been in the place. Took a mower in for warranty work a couple months ago and somehow it decided to start working after we got it up on the table (weird). Second time I went in looking for parts to fix my string trimmer. Didn't have the parts I needed on hand (couple of springs) but the guy took about 10 minutes digging through the drawer full of springs to other models trying to find something suitable. Found something close for me and I went on my way (unfortunately they weren't right size but not their fault). Parts counter prices are reasonable

Customer service is horrible! We dropped our mower off for routine service over two weeks ago and still no phone call! I called after two weeks and spoke to a man named Glenn who promised to check on it and call me back. No call. I waited two days and called back and spoke with Glenn who said he would check on the ticket and call me back it's been three more days still no phone call. Now it's been three weeks no mower in the weeks and we still have heard nothing. We bought the mower there and spent alot of money on it. It is broke down with only 12 hours of run time!!! And poor customer
