Behavior Consultation & Psychological Services
We know that a child with autism is first and foremost just that - a child, changing, unique. ABA Therapy is our roadmap to unlock, nurture and celebrate the best inside of each and every client. ABA is a flexible, evidence-based approach that reflects their special interests, strengths, needs and goals.

At BCPS, we work with each child to discover, over time and with artful patience, their uniqueness, and enhance their abilities, not making them conform to a standard. For over a decade, we've made ABA work because we work alongside a child and their families, wherever they want, whatever they need, whenever they need it, as if they are part of our family.
Services
Behavior Consultation & Psychological Services, PLLC (BCPS) began as a partnership between Elei Stuart and Jason Cone.

Jason began his work with Elei while still in graduate school and soon the pair found that they had a shared passion for the community they served, a mutual commitment to providing the very best care to each and every client, and a growing understanding of how together their strengths could help raise the standard in behavior intervention for clients with autism & developmental disabilities.
We are looking for individuals who love working with children and who are open to learning about ABA therapy! No prior experience in ABA is necessary as we provide all training and mentoring. We prefer candidates with experience working with children, people with autism or both. We have both part-time and full-time positions available and flexible scheduling.
No two children have exactly the same skills, needs or motivation. That's why we create an individual treatment plan for each of our clients. We know that by identifying your child's naturally occurring motivation, we can capture the best opportunities in your child's life for an effectively yet positively enjoyable learning experience.
Our practice provides comprehensive psychological testing and evaluation for autism, attention disorders (ADD/ADHD), learning disorders and other cognitive and developmental concerns. If you feel that your child may be struggling, please contact us to talk about if psychological testing may be an appropriate next step.
Our practice is built on the founding principal that our greatest strength is the collective experience and skills of our team. That's why we have built a team of providers with diverse specialties and backgrounds. We understand that children spend over 32 hours a week at school. Your schools serve a large population of students, each with unique needs.

I absolutely love BCPS! My son was diagnosed here with autism in 2019. He was behind in communication and socialization. When he began the program in January 2020, he was mainly grunting to communicate, did not make eye contact, and was having a lot of tantrums. Eight months into the program my son was completely different! Here we are a year later and his BCBA Therapist (hey Jenna😘) just text me a video of him saying his home address and my phone number! She always send me videos of him hitting milestones. His speech therapist also does an amazing job communicating his strengths, needs, and
