We have provided print material to be put into plaques for over a year. Every time I call to see where the order stands, I am told "we have been so busy, I haven't gotten to it". The last time, he promised to have a proof ready, and then when I called, same answer. They have lost our business for the other products as they obviously do not respect us as a customer.

Definitely the best awards location in town. I work for a sports federation and have used almost every other company in Colorado Springs, but Bill and Karen do a fantastic job and they handle both large projects with long lead times, l to short turnovers if needed.
Nothing but positive things to say about them and I have never been disappointed.

Working with Blue Ribbon was fantastic! We needed a rush order on over 100 awards with an uncommon size, and they were the only place who was able to do it for us. When we had a second, non rush order they were also able to fill it no problem. They were incredible with going over all our options, and helping us find what was right. They also continued to communicate over several weeks as they completed our order. Out of over 200 awards, we had one misspelling and it was fixed and ready for pick up in under an hour. The prices were great on top of all of the amazing customer service we received

Blue Ribbon Trophies has made several brass name plates that I mount on plaques as cub scout souvenirs. The name plates have always been perfect, I've never had to request a re-do. They have always given me a realistic turnaround time estimate and I've not been disappointed. And yes, they have even come through for me when I was woefully behind schedule and didn't plan very well. Thank you!

There is a reason why this business has been open for so many years! Yesterday I brought in an old ribbon from my deceased son made by this company 20 years ago. The gentleman I spoke to there was most kind and helpful in offering suggestions how to clean up the old ribbon and ways we can use it she presented as an award and thank you or somebody very special in my son's life.

Always fast & friendly service! The owner is very friendly & always makes sure he does his best to ensure you get your product completed in whatever time frame. This is my go-to shop for all things awards & gifts that needs some engraving or etching done! We’ve used this shop for many of our military promotion ceremony gifts as well.

I asked them to make a marble plaque for me with a week's notice. They did it for a quarter of the price I was quoted from another local shop and in a timely manner. The owners were very nice. We had a problem translating my design (from Adobe InDesign CS6) to something CorelDraw could read. After several attempts I e-mailed them the font and logos, and they recreated the design in their program. We were happy with the result and appreciated their efforts.
