Only gave them a 4 star because I waited almost an hour. I did dipping on my nails with Christine. She was amazing!! I love how my nails came out. They were very friendly since I got there

I feel like the nail technician should always ask how you like your nails—short, square. She was the first one who actually paid attention! Did a great job, was attentive to detail. This place is out of my way, but I will go back as long as it is still there. They are super nice people as well, and it is sad that the mall is dying.

Wonderful!!!!! The service was great and the salon is very clean. My nail tech was so sweet. She did a great job on a pedicure.

My first time here - I was floored by the positive energy, calming surround sound and caring approach. Everyone was incredibly professional and I felt safe and protected (5 stars for that alone during a pandemic, okay). My pedicure was immaculate and I felt like a million bucks...I highly recommend the honey pearl - I’ve had it twice now and it is delightful! My second time there I had an equally beautiful experience and this time I met Natalie...she was so caring and interested in my story and again - I left feeling like a million bucks. It's my family's favorite place to go while in town visiting. We get Volcano Spa pedicures. The product smells SO good. The ladies are really nice. Since they are in the mall they stay open later than most nail salons!!! Til 9 PM +++++

I made a appointment at 7:30, I got there at 7:20 waited until 8 and two girls walked in and they get seated right away. I get up to ask how much longer because I had made a appointment and had been waiting for 30 minutes and those girls just come in and get seated. The ladies couldn’t even look me in the eye and tell me she couldn’t do my nails because she had already started someone else’s. Very unprofessional I was very disappointed because I did everything right from the beginning. If they couldn’t do my nails they should of just said that when I called to make my appointment. VERY

Took my Ma and I here for a pedicure, later in the evening. My Mom absolutely loved it and so did I. They are clean, sterile, friendly, and always do a outstanding job! Definitely will recommend and be back! ❤❤❤❤❤❤ this place!

Very friendly and dependable staff. Clean and relaxing environment. Excellent services and prices. My wife and I have gone here for many years for hair, massage and nails. Tina is great with hair and nails. Sue has been doing my wife's nails for years. Tammy is great with nails and massage.

Today New Years Eve, went to the salon around 3:00. There were two ladies and one had one customer. The other lady didn’t. The lady with the customer told me upfront that they weren’t accepting more clients. They had a lot of work to do. She’s Asian but it was the way she said it. I just ask what was the pedicure price and she repeated the same message again. I just said I just wanted to know the cost of a manicure. I can’t even ask questions? So much for customer service.

I have been going here for years and years. Tina and her husband are always super nice and very helpful. Tina has been waxing me for years and I have tried many other places and always come back to her. She know just the perfect shape for my eyebrows and does them perfect every time. I recently started going back there for my nails and see Jesse. She is amazing! Does them perfect every time and is excellent at nail art and design. They have never over charged me or charged for "little extrtas" on any service I have had there.
