Sun Country Medical Equipment

I’ve had bad experiences with CPAP suppliers. They sent me the wrong mask. I called several times and left messages and they never called me back. They said that they would send someone to check my oxygen concentrator and bring the right mask but they still haven’t come. When you call them I leave messages and they never call back.

I called to verify if my grandmothers portable oxygen was going to be delivered sometime throughout the week, and the lady who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional. She could not give me an estimated time of arrival and abruptly hung up on me, was absolutely unhelpful. Unfortunately did not get her name, but would suggest that the company starts teaching their employees some sort of mannerism or professionalism. Unacceptable for a company that is providing a source of aid for individuals.

I need to give my experience with respiratory technician, Franklin a 5-star. I am a nurse and his knowledge and caring nature is outstanding. He is patient and answers all your questions. He definitely makes sure you leave satisfied. Franklin gives great customer service.... you will be pleased.

Sun country is the best they were quick and very helpful last night I came home from Hospital. Victor was the greatest got me set up and explained everything! He made sure I knew everything and assured me that I can call anytime for any Help so thank you

Dislike how my call to the cpap supply clerk always goes to voicemail. The voicemail message says they will respond in 48 hours. However, once started on my supplies service is good. I like how they ship everything to me.

Amazing company!!! Needed a medical bed and a lifting swing ASAP for my mother that was released from the hospital. I needed it delivered on a weekend. No Hassel at all!! Joe was extremely kind, helpful, and prompt. Assembled the bed quickly plus showed me how to use the lift. He didn't mind at all and asked through out the steps if I had any questions. The company and the employees are amazing!! You need anything I RECOMMEND THEM! HANDS DOWN!

This was the 2nd time I took my parents to get some equipment at Sun Country Medical. Both times we were very satisfied with the assistance provided by the employees. Imelda and Elena were very helpful and friendly. Franklin went above and beyond to help accomodate our needs and did so with a positive attitude. Thank you all for your excellent service. I have been using Sun Country Medical for about 10 years now. Their customer service and support is unmatched. Dealing with a professional like Ms Georgina is awesome. She always makes sure my supplies get filled correctly as well as any questions I might have. Thank you Ms Georgina!

Needed a software fix on my cpap device. A terrific lady, Georgina, helped me. she listened to the issue, recognized what to do, coordinated that with mfr, regularly followed up with me on progress, and verified that all was well before thanking me for my patience. This is A+ service and support. I think if one needed anything then she would be the go-to person for that, bravo, she deserves an obscene raise.

I had such a great experience with Sun Country Medical and their amazing customer service!! I had gotten an order from the hospital for my son for a neutralizer and I couldn’t wait for it to be delivered at the hospital so I called The office spoke to Lorraine and she was able to get it delivered to me within an hour by the company’s marketing representative Leo who was extremely friendly and helpful!! I will definitely be using Sun Country again!!!
