Placed an order. Which was placed trough the shop app, don’t know why you could order directly. Never received item, tracking I go. Tried emailing for refund, have not received a response. Every time I call them no pick up, or busy signal. Do not buy from them. I purchased fro another seller on eBay.

Part was a perfect fit, was in great shape and price was more than fair. Best of all the service was top notch. I found the part online and purchased over the phone. Couldn't quite get there to pick it up before close of business and Eric went over and above to give me time to get someone there for pick up. I got an exhaust actuator for a 2011 GSXR 750 part came in quick very pleased fit perfect ran awesome so thankful for you guys. I also would like to know if I send you the old one if you guys repair them I will give it to you if you send me your information. Would definitely like to help somebody else out with that kind of price. Please let me know I'll give it to you free it was ticking that's why I replaced it
