All X-treme electric bikes ship for free via UPS ground within the U.S.Also all X-treme electric bikes come with a one year full warranty.
Update: Our warehouse is only open from Mon-Thurs. Any order related questions/concerns can only be answered Mon-Thurs from 9-5PM Washington state time zone. Shipping days are Mon-Thurs. If you place your order on Fri, Sat or Sun it will ship out Monday. All electric bikes ship from warehouse located in Auburn, Washington.
X-Treme offers a standard (One Year limited warranty) against manufacturer defect and workmanship on all X-treme electric bicycles, and their components that are purchased directly from X-Treme or an authorized dealer. The warranty only covers defective parts. Any parts that are defective will be mailed to you.
Shipments will originate from Auburn, Washington. We are only shipping on Monday-Thursday. Please factor that in when calculating shipping time. We ship Via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, Road Runner Freight, and AIT Worldwide Freight to the lower 48 states. All "Electric Bikes" ship for free via UPS ground within the United States.
Electric Bike Battery Maintenance: electric bikes have a similar type (Lithium Ion) battery that is in your cell phone or laptop - just much bigger. The battery is made up of cells as illustrated by the picture. Each of these cells has about 1000 charge cycles, depending on the quality of the cells, that means 1000 full charges and drains before they start to die, like all batteries eventually will.

Bought an electric bike from this company, shipping was fast took about 5 days for me to get, I had to assemble some parts to get it going, the seat, front wheel, pedals, handlebar, and the rear rack. overall it wasn't to difficult, oh, an air pump is needed, the tires are not fully inflated, I also recommend you fully charge the battery before you go on 1st ride.

Love, love love my purchase! In today's world, we are so attached to our cell phones. Love the ability to charge my phone while on the go with the included charging USB port. It is very fast and the adjustable handlebars were another added feature for us height challenged or tall riders. This bike has a lot of bang for its buck with the additional beverage holder and the basket for quick runs to the store. Would highly recommend!
