While having my garage floor resurfaced over a period of a few days, my trusty, but well used garage door lost a piece of the mechanism that allows it to engage with the opener. oops! Knowing we wouldn't be able to walk on the newly surfaced floor for another few days, I called Gecko to make an appointment for the first time we could step on the new floor. Service Tech was very knowledgeable of newer and older equipment Even took the time and stopped and talked to me and explain the difference between a newer and older equipment very nice gentleman very polite My control board on the unit was bad was not able to use any of my remotes service Tech took the time and explained the differences in pricing… at what it's gonna cost to replace the board or replace the unit or go a different route and place a remote on the wall Not having To be able to open up your garage door Only by manual button on the wall I did not care of what the cost it was
