Very unresponsive! Purchased a phone reading from Groupon. Called the number instructed, initially the voicemail box was full. Once I finally was able to leave a message, I gave the requested info and was told to text another number to make an appointment. Took them over a day to respond to the text, and when I asked for a specific date and time that was offered, it took over 10 days to respond and confirm. I was told I'd be given another number to call for the reading, which was scheduled for about a week later.
