I would give Ross Point Truck Repair 10 points if I could. Dennis, Jeremy and the crew have always went above and beyond for me. I had big plans for my week in Post Falls. Those plans went south quickly, but thankfully with the tremendous help from Ross Point they were able to get the rig road ready before I left! Thank you again and hope to see you next year!

We had to have our semi truck towed into Ross Point truck repair. They had our truck in the shop first thing in the morning. They were quick and very efficient. The owner is a pretty awesome guy. Very polite and has good conversations. You can definitely tell he cares about his customers. If ever in the need of a heavy duty diesel repair, I highly recommend this place.

Thankfully because of a minor repair, we never got a chance to bring our truck into Ross Point but, they were extremely helpful and highly recommended. When calling around for towing services I asked at least 4 local towing companies if they've heard of Ross Point and if they'd recommended their work. Every company had positive things to say and most even used them for their repairs personally.

On the road with my RV, I had to be towed from Harrison ID for a differential repair up north and Ross Point in Post Falls was highly recommended. Although they're kept busy servicing regular trucking customers, Jeremie didn't let me linger in the queue and made sure I got worked into the schedule after the ordered differential came in. Dennis, the owner, and his team went over and beyond the call to make sure that I was taken care of in every way possible to get my RV back on the road!
