Very nice people here. The sweet lady behind the counter came out in the rain to show me some campers. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Our salesman, Johnny, was top notch. And we purchased a new RV from him.

Scenic has always been courteous and professional. They carry a good selection of supplies for the average to serious RV'er and a better than average supply of parts. They can quickly order less common or hard to find parts. They're usually my first choice to call when I need something locally.

I am so glad I found this place. There are two other RV service centers much closer to me however customer service and wait time it’s horrible at those placer. Scenic RV got me a service appointment in under two weeks and completed the service in less than a day. The lady at the front desk is courteous and helpful. The service guys are knowledgeable and friendly. Oh, best of all the service rates are reasonable. My overall experience here is A+++. I won’t be taking my RV anywhere else. Give them a try - you will not be disappointed

Well unfortunately we called a few times and no one picked up but the answer machine just said they were with another client. Instead of closed.. so we drove almost 2 hours to look at a couple camper very very interested in. And pull up well before closing time and it was actually closed... unfortunate because we probably won't make that drive again. Update the hours of operation for out of towners though or update the answering machine saying closed for the day or early much better business etiquette that way ‍

Very friendly, but extremely busy. If it feels like they're ignoring you or don't want your business they're probably helping someone else or attempting to get a quick bite to eat just be patient and they will deliver excellent customer service. We purchased a travel trailer that was on consignment here last week and couldn't be more pleased with their customer service. We had new tires put on before we left with it and the price was more than fair in my opinion. The gentleman who did the walk around with us was awesome. He was very thorough and made sure we knew how to operate everything before

We bought our first RV ever there in November and it was a great experience. We've been excited all winter to take it out and finally did 2 weeks ago and everything worked great on our MPG 2120 which is perfect for 2 people and a dog! We're hooked and will continue to go to Janet and the crew for any of our RV needs in the future. These folks are very knowledgeable and will take care of you.

My family and I dropped in today coming home from a business trip turned camping adventure in Nashville.
On the way to Nashville I must have not put my refrigerator vent on the exterior where it was locked in place therefore it flew off somewhere on the journey. I contacted Janet and she reassured me they had it in stock therefore I dropped in on the way home to get the replacement part.
While I was getting the replacement part I spoke to Jesse and Kevin about a minor issue with the camper door that I wouldn’t have drove all the way there to get fixed hadn’t I been there and without

Scenic Roads RV Center is as good as it gets!

My husband and I have tried several RV service centers in our area and we are most happy to have finally found one with a knowledgeable and professional staff.

We appreciate how Janet doesn't overschedule the service center and schedules an appointment when they can actually put their hands on our rig. We have had other centers keep our RV for months, leaving it out in the element, only to have it returned with water and mildew inside.

Kevin is very knowledgeable about repairs and service and fixes things right the first time. We feel that

We stopped here two days in a row trying to decide if we wanted to purchase a camper. We talked to two different salesmen who were very helpful. Neither were pushy or aggressive. Since it is a major purchase for us, I had many questions. We had narrowed it down to the Sun Lite 16 BH and a 10 foot Sun Lite off road tear drop. We did purchase the Sun Lite 16 BH and couldn't be any happier. We looked at many campers at several locations and chose to purchase at Scenic Roads. Service so far has been excellent.

This is a great place to buy your RV, they have many to select from. We have known Janet and Kevin for many years and they will work to get you what you want, great place and great friend's.

VERY poor communication AND customer service!! If I could give no stars, I would!!
We were staying across the street at the KOA until we could close on our home and our coach began filling with smoke in the back and smelled horrible. Since I could see this business across the interstate from the KOA I called to see if they could come over and take a look. As soon as the woman answered the phone I could barely understand her and questioned if I had even called the right place. When I told her my situation and asked if someone could come over to take a look she seemed like she was being put out.

Bought my 2nd RV here.. Had dealt with them several times when I owned my 1st RV and decided that's where I was going to start when I decided to trade in my other camper. Friendly people to deal with.

Nice products. Poor customer relations. Spent two days looking at a camper, tried to negotiate a good deal, but owner not willing to negotiate, then told us two other people were interested in the exact unit we wanted to buy. Scare tactics and high pressure kind of leave a bad taste in my mouth when plunking down that much cash for a used camper.
